Could not find valid MPEG synch before end of file error

I there,

I'm super new to wordpress and it's plug-ins, but I've read other topics in this forum and their solutions haven't helped with this error. I used Garageband to record the file, so it's the the Audition problem. I also tried increasing info download on wp-config.php (Although it's possible I did this wrong.) Everyone seems to have gotten personalized help to solve the problem so I thought I'd try it out.

The URL I'm trying to verify is: http://thehighersidechats.com/wp-content/uploads/episodes/_Ep11Tsarion.mp3

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The URL you linked to is reporting 404 not found.
