Blubrry media not working after Wordpress database problem

Media is no longer playable/downloadable - links produce 404

Powerpress was working correctly. Then there was a problem with my wordpress database and the wp_options table was replaced. Now media does not play.

The original urls will play, ie:
http://maritimeaccident.org/podcasts/2/The_Case_Of_The_Rusty_Assassin.mp3

But not the links on the player:
http://media.blubrry.com/confused_pilot/media.blubrry.com/macmaritimeaccident.org/podcasts/2/The_Case_Of_The_Rusty_Assassin.mp3

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
