"Error 2048" when using .mp4 files

At present I'm using Simple Flash Video as well as Powerpress to display .flv videos for playing.

When I experiment with using an .mp4 file, it will not play. (Player displays "Error 2048".)

The techs here recommended using .mp4 but how to do it?

Can you email me a link to your wordpress install?  Also, do you have a post where you have posted an mp4 that I can look at?
