"Another podcasting plugin has been detected" when no other plugin is enabled

The message " Another podcasting plugin has been detected, PowerPress is currently disabled."  appears at the top of WordPress even though no other plugin is enabled.  I downloaded PodPress but then disabled and deleted it.  How do I get PowerPress to start broadcasting my shows to iTunes again?

I would try uninstalling powerpress and then re-installing it.  Sounds to me like a file is corrupt.

When PowerPress displays that message it indicates that either PodPress either/or "TSG Podcasting" plugin are currently activated. If PowerPress were to work while one of the other podcasting plugins was activated, your podcast feeds would have double the elements added to it, which would make your feeds become invalid. This is why PowerPress disables itself.
