Plugin sign in authentication failed
« on: February 08, 2010, 01:11:52 am »
I have signed up fpr a blubrry account and can log in on your site but every time I try with the wordpress plugin I get authentication failed.  Everything else in the plugin works and my diagnostics jave all green check marks.  U am not getting a time out error as others have posted here.

That error usually means that you either did not add your podcast feed to the blubrry directory or you did, but you did not turn on the statistics service. Most likely the problem is the latter. Simply sign into blubrry, then click this link: http://publish.blubrry.com/measure/media.php Once you agree to the terms, the Statistics service will be enabled and the program will be available in the plugin Services sign-in screen.
