question for fellow podcasters only, about item images

This is a question for fellow podcasters only (not for blubrry Tech Support):

My item images show when subscribed in the iTunes Store because I went into Get Info and added artwork before uploading. In order for them to show in blubrry, I need to write a href in my RSS feed. How do I do this?
