Can PowerPress be modified to work with in-banner and in-stream video advertising scripts from Tremor Media?

Streaming video is not podcasting (you can's stream to podcatchers such as iTunes). The answer is most likely no.

Streaming is rather easy, you just add an embed code from your video/audio streaming provider to your page and you're done.

PowerPress adds podcasting support, allowing you to distribute pre-recorded audio/video that is downloaded rather than streamed. Podcasts are then downloaded by the audience's podcatcher software and then synced to their mp3 player for playback on or offline. I hope this is clear?

I suppose in theory if you have an mp3 stream or a streaming video file location you could use it with the players we use in PowerPress, but it would be useless from the RSS/feed and downloading aspect of it. As Angelo said, there are better ways to add streaming media to your site than PowerPress.
