Yes I had categories turned on however it said (leave blank to use category title) so I did leave it blank. Leaving it blank is what caused the validator to flag changing it as a recommendation. Naming the feed anything caused the recomendation to go away. Thanks for your help.

Awesome. I'll update the field with a note that we recommend you put your own title in the field so validation does not print any warnings.

I have read through all these posts, but still I cannot get my podcast feed to work.
Using Word Press 2.9.1 and Blubrry 1.04

Here is the blubrry code
[powerpress url=http://bookkeepingpodcast.ie/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/001-Episode-VAT.mp3]

The main site feed works
http://bookkeepingpodcast.ie/wordpress/feed/
But
http://bookkeepingpodcast.ie/wordpress/feed/podcast
does not work, no podcasts are found
I did change the permalinks back to default and it still did not work
There are 3 podcasts on the site

Is there some switch I have not turned on?

www.bookkeepingpodcast.ie/podcast/
shows an error so 'podcast' is not a slug value

www.bookkeepingpodcast.ie/?feed=podcast
The above brings me back to the home page

Privacy settings are set to allow full search of site

All mp3 files where loaded using upload in word press

Help :-\

The use of the shortcode [powerpress url="..."] is to bypass podcasting and simply insert the player into that exact spot in the post/page.

You need to enter your podcast episode into the Media URL in the Podcast Episode box pictured. You should see this box when editing your post. Once you add your URL into this box, PowerPress takes that data and places it into your podcast only feed.

That fixed it for Blubrry to see the podcast.
At the time I write this, iTunes has technical issues and can't check my feed.

Side Affects
1. The BluBrry payer is now appearing again at the bottom of the post with the added feature of a download option.
I have used the standard powerpress instruction and the player appears at the top of the podcast where I placed it. But know I have also a player at the bottom of the post. Is this a template issue?

2. When I verify the podcast in the section you indicated to place the podcast file link, it reports that it is a mono recording.
I have used Audacity 1.3 and it only lets you save as Joint Stereo or Stereo.
I have saved the podcasts as joint stereo, but the validate link says they are in mono. Any insights into this.
They podcasts appear to play fine on the website. I have not tested them on an mp3 portable player.

Otherwise everything appears great. Blubrry statistics are now activated, and blubrry statistics now appears on WordPress dashboard.

Thanks
Nilsson

Can you reply with a link to the file that is reporting as mono?
