Adding Tags to RSS feed

I use PowerPress to manage two podcasts on my site http://jimharold.com

It works great and thanks for this fantastic product.  I do have a question that has come up.  I am rolling out an iphone app for both of my shows which require that I manually add several tags to the feed (to pull in extra features, etc).

Is there a way to manually add these tags WITHOUT changing my RSS feed or blowing up my currently reliable RSS address and setup.  Thanks for a great product...I was afraid initially to convert from PodPress but you've made me a believer.

As for adding tags for an iphone app.  What sort of tags do you need to add?  Where do they have to go in the Feed?

Could  you add the tags to the wordpress post to get them in the feed?  I'm not sure.
